WHAT IS SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING?

Semi-Private Training brings together like-minded individuals working toward a common goal in a supportive, coach-led environment. This training style bridges the gap between the personalized attention of 1:1 Personal Training and the energy of Group Fitness.

Groups typically include 6 participants, allowing for structured sessions with individualized coaching and feedback. Semi-private programs may run for a set number of weeks or remain ongoing, depending on the focus of the group.

Programming may include:

  • One coached session per week, and/or

  • Additional workouts delivered through our training app for independent training

Current examples of semi-private and small group offerings include SPT, Golden Girls, Beginner Calisthenics, Intro to the Gym, and more. Pricing varies by program — please inquire for current options and availability.

WHY ONGOING?

Ongoing Semi-Private Training allows you to train with the same group and coach once per week for 8 weeks, creating consistency, accountability, and measurable progress.

Participants can expect:

  • Strength-focused programming

  • Individualized coaching and technique guidance

  • Education around proper lifting mechanics and progressive overload

  • The motivation and community feel of training alongside others

Programming is supported both in person and through our Online Coaching App, helping you stay consistent beyond the gym floor.
