WHAT IS SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING?
Semi-Private Training brings together like-minded individuals working toward a common goal in a supportive, coach-led environment. This training style bridges the gap between the personalized attention of 1:1 Personal Training and the energy of Group Fitness.
Groups typically include 6 participants, allowing for structured sessions with individualized coaching and feedback. Semi-private programs may run for a set number of weeks or remain ongoing, depending on the focus of the group.
Programming may include:
One coached session per week, and/or
Additional workouts delivered through our training app for independent training
Current examples of semi-private and small group offerings include SPT, Golden Girls, Beginner Calisthenics, Intro to the Gym, and more. Pricing varies by program — please inquire for current options and availability.

WHY ONGOING?
Ongoing Semi-Private Training allows you to train with the same group and coach once per week for 8 weeks, creating consistency, accountability, and measurable progress.
Participants can expect:
Strength-focused programming
Individualized coaching and technique guidance
Education around proper lifting mechanics and progressive overload
The motivation and community feel of training alongside others
Programming is supported both in person and through our Online Coaching App, helping you stay consistent beyond the gym floor.
