Yin Yoga allows to you "settle in" to deep poses for 3 to 5 minutes to allow for that amazing stretch we all need at the end of the day. Yin targets the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints of the body.
Stretch and Strength Yoga is a 50/50 blend of Flow and Yin Yoga to give you the best of both worlds! Move to your breath in an all-levels flow for the first half and then relax in passive poses for the remainder of class.
Pilates emphasises the concepts of core strength and stabilization. You will build flexibility and strength in the legs, arm and back.
