HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)  consists of repeated bouts of higher intensity exercises to elevate the heart rate in short bursts of time with short active or passive recovery periods.  HIIT is beneficial for increasing the cardiovascular fitness in a shorter amount of time than traditional continuous cardio. HIIT is more all fitness levels, all instructors will always give modifications and everyone is encouraged to challenge themselves and work at their own pace.

Legs, Cardio and Core is an invigorating lower body strength and cardio workout focusing on your core and legs. Get ready to sweat and feel the burn!

Bootcamp uses multiple different types of equipment such as bands, steps, free weights, stability balls, ladders and much more to get you a total body workout that combines both strength and cardio getting that heart rate elevated! 

The Mezz is a small group class (max 12 participants) held in the mezzanine! Each class is bootcamp style which can include cardio, strength, rowing, stairs, and more.
