Single P.T. sessions are one hour in length and are best suited for…

3 Session Package

The 3 one-hour session package is optimum for a Personal Trainer to design a fitness program that is uniquely yours. Within the 3 sessions the Trainers will be able to assess your needs, develop a plan to achieve your specific goals, and put the plan into action.

  • New exercisers, who will benefit by starting off with a program designed to educate, motivate and track success.

5, 10, 15 & 20 Session Packages
