| The TWP coaching program is included with every membership and our qualified coaches are available for both day and evenings sessions. Members can book as many appointments with our coaches as they require to feel both confident and comfortable with the equipment and programs. Coaching sessions are designed to give you enough information and guidance to start your new program without overwhelming you with technical jargon and intense exercise. |
Coaching sessions focus on cardiovascular exercise, upper-body strength training and lower-body strength training. Coaches are also available for general facility orientations for guests and short-term members.
