Whether this is the beginning of your fitness journey or you have years of experience, the Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada encourages women with uncomplicated pregnancies in any trimester to participate in an exercise routine.

As a mother of five, Dawn regularly confronts the crazy reality of trying to juggle health and fitness with the demands of home and family. Knowing the struggle and pitfalls faced by any busy mom has inspired her to help others find their personal balance and live a healthy, happy life.

Dawn is excited to have completed her Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist certification and focus on empowering women to stay active while pregnant.

I love to integrate multiple styles of yoga into one class to hit all the needs of your bod, brains, and spirit. In my many years of experience I am confident to say yoga has a lil somethin' somethin' for every body. In my class you can expect instruction to mindful breathing and strengthening postures to aid you through your pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. As well you can expect deep rest, rejuvenation, and space to do your own thang in a safe, loving atmosphere. I'd be overjoyed to share yoga with you in this magical time of life! ☯️
