new. Registration in our special programs is open to both members
and non-members.

The Woman’s Place Fitness Group is now offering small group training programs!
Strength Training 101
(starting September 23 OR November 4)
• A 4-week small group training program
• 4-6 people per group, so you get individualized attention at a reduced rate (as compared to individual training sessions)
3 time slots available to suit your needs:
• Tuesdays, 6:15am-7:30am OR Wednesdays, 6:30pm-7:45pm
• Or, for the Mature Adult, Fridays. 1:00pm-2:15pm

Cory Tout

TThis 12 week program is for those wishing to lose weight and get started on an individualized exercise program designed to help you start eating right and get into the best shape of your life. This program starts with a body composition analysis where your ideal body weight will be calculated and realistic weight loss goals will be set, based on your current muscle to fat ratio. This is followed by an analysis of your present diet to help target your problem areas and design a healthy lifestyle plan that will increase your energy while helping you to lose weight. You will meet on a weekly basis to go through your program, discuss nutritional tips and follow your weight loss progress. During the 12 weeks you will receive 2 sessions with a certified personal trainer. The program concludes with a follow-up body composition analysis to gage your success and provide you with a maintenance diet plan you can live with.
