You will be asked to:

  • Examine your lifestyle habits and modify as needed to be successful with your weight loss and fitness goals
  • Complete weekly reading and homework assignments
  • Track your nutrition and activities and hand tracking sheets in to your trainer weekly
  • Meet with your trainer and group once weekly

"From IMPOSSIBLE to I'M POSSIBLE.....Reality hit me last year when I joined TWP.  There is no quick fix, as much as I wanted it. Fit and Fab got me off to a great start in January 2011, Sharon helped me make a few small changes and in the process I developed a greater understanding  of what was keeping me where I was.  When TWP introduced their 10 Fitness Results program in September 2011, I jumped at the chance to experience the “mental shift” that Sharon and Cass spoke about on intro night.  I was excited to see what this shift was and what I could do in 10 weeks. I didn’t expect to have to do homework!  I mean, really, I know how to exercise and lose weight, what’s the point of homework.  There came my first Aha moment, I really didn’t know.  At 46 I was learning about what food does for the body, what exercise does and why strength training was important.  Who knew?  The biggest shift for me was writing out strategies for overcoming the obstacles that had repeatedly jumped out and pulled me down in the past.  Writing out the obstacles that kept coming up was the first step in recognizing that they were nothing more than bumps.  Developing strategies to overcome them was easy once the obstacles were written down.   I learned to try new things and to be patient with myself while I was doing this.  Changing habits is a long process; I understand and accept this now." - Deb Bowman (finished in December 2011)

TWP Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge

 Whether you have a certain weight you'd love to reach, want to live a more active lifestyle, or are more fitness focused, we are challenging you to set a personal goal and make your health a priority for at least 90 days.  You don’t have to commit to a 90 day challenge, you can simply use the products as you choose. If you do sign-up for the challenge, you can cancel it at anytime and if you sign-up before the end of January, you will be entered to win a trip to Vegas!

If you choose to join our January challenge, we will take your initial measurements (if you want us to) and provide you with some tools to keep you on track, plus some eating and exercise tips. There will be a check-in meeting once a month to see how you’re doing.
