What Peggy's Clients Say
“ It was almost 3 years ago that I realized that I would have to have some support if I was going to achieve my fitness goals. I had reached my mid-fifties yet never crossed the threshold of a gym and had no idea what to do in a gym--it was all new to me. I was incredibly fortunate to have found Peggy, "the taskmaster who never stops smiling". During that time, Peggy has helped me enormously. Her fitness knowledge is encyclopaedic, she tailors the workouts to my specific needs, each session is different and I am, even now, surprised with the variety of the sessions she plans for me. Our sessions have included everything from yoga and balance work to weights and stability balls. She completely understands my strengths and weaknesses, is demanding yet respectful, inspiring and motivating. For those who know her, you might wonder why I did not mention her kind, pleasant and warm personality first, because, whilst that is not the most important aspect of Peggy, the personal trainer, it is what she is probably best known for at TWP.
Through working with Peggy, I have noticed improvements in my strength, cardiovascular fitness, range of motion, balance, and, most importantly, my overall wellbeing. Peggy has converted me from a person in her mid-50’s who had never been in a gym before to someone who is comfortable with all aspects of the gym.”

“It has been my pleasure to have Peggy Kramer as my personal fitness coach for the past two years. My goals were to improve my balance and flexibility and Peggy has exceeded my expectations. Her pleasant and positive attitude and knowledge of all areas of fitness is everything I could ask for in a personal trainer.
I also attend Peggy’s “Over Fifty Class” once a week. Her high energy and engaging personality make it an enjoyable experience. Every session is challenging and rewarding, and she ensures you work each muscle group safely.
Peggy understands my limitations and encourages me within my comfort zone. Since working with Peggy, I have lost 15 lbs and dropped three sizes. Kudos to Peggy! I look forward to the sessions and hope to do so for many more years. Thank you Peggy!”
