We are made of the food we eat – changing your eating choices and habits can affect your body, mind, emotions, and overall health. Our Holistic Nutritional Consultant can help educate you on what's best for you as a unique person.


Who Commonly Seeks the Services of a Nutritional Consultant?

Anyone who is looking for the knowledge to make healthy changes in their lives may decide to consult a holistic nutritionist. These may include:

  • Persons with excess weight that do not want to 'diet' but overhaul their whole lifestyle and be accountable to doing so
  • Persons with fitness or athletic pursuits that want to fuel their body in a health-full manner with whole foods
  • High-stress individuals with/on their way to insomnia, anxiety, cardiovascular issues, or adrenal burnout
  • New parents or students that want to learn a healthier way of eating
  • Parents whose children have left home and can now look after themselves after putting others first for too long
  • Those that have or are moving towards diabetes, arthritis, digestive tract issues, low energy, hormonal imbalances, mental/emotional imbalances, etc.


Getting Started

Each member is entitled to a complimentary 20 minute mini nutrition assessment, providing you with some baby-step recommendations on how to tweak what you are currently doing and upgrading it to be more beneficial and whole. If you find you are a 'good fit', you may wish to continue on. When working with the consultant on a package basis, you will be asked to fill out information on your health history and track your current diet. From there she can work with you to find ways to improve your choices and move towards your goals, not with a 'diet' and 'deprivation' mentality, but in a whole foods, healthy lifestyle way.


Services and Packages 

By taking a look at your current food choices, eating patterns, health symptoms, stress levels, sleep quality, and exercise regime, Ange compiles an individualized picture of your present state. Together, you will  compile a list of ‘baby-step’ recommendations to ease your way into healthier whole food and lifestyle choices, allowing your body to work its way back into balance. Multiple sessions allow accountability and focus for these new recommendations to become habits. The HEALthySELF Accountability Journal is a tool used for awareness and tracking. All sessions are 30 minutes in length.

Combine 2 sessions for 1 hour 'underlying cause' health assessment and education session.

Angela Wright is a Holistic Nutritional Consultant, with a degree in Science (Environmental) from University of Waterloo, and a diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition from Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. She is a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner in good standing with the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants. Ange has operated her business, Align Nutrition, since 2005.
