TWP Canstruction: Fundraiser for the Kelowna Food Bank

February 6th & 7th, 2012 @ Orchard Park Mall
TWP has entered into a fundraiser for the Kelowna Food Bank and the Salvation Army called "Canstruction". Canstruction is a fabulous fundraiser for community food banks which began in New York City and has spread throughout 167 cities across North America. Kelowna was the 3rd Canadian city to host a Canstruction event. The first year they raised 11,000 cans, second year 22,000, and this year they are aiming for 30,000.
We will be building a running shoe sculpture out of cans on Feb 6th & 7th at Orchard Park Mall and we will need 3200 cans! If you would like to donate we would ask that you leave money and your name at the TWP front desk (we need to buy specific cans) by January 31st, 2012. A mere donation of $10 will buy us a whole case of what we need! We would also like to invite you to please come down and support your team and vote for us on the website www.canstructionkelowna.com
