Ski & Snowboard Conditioning Program

This program is a must for those outdoor fitness enthusiasts - even if it is not on the slopes!  The dryland training drills will help increase your Strength, Speed, and Stamina, as well as prevent early season injuries. It will also help you improve your Cardiovascular Endurance, allowing you to enjoy longer rides without getting exhausted. This cross training is also a great tool  for anyone who wants to improve their performance in the Sport of Life!

Come out and have FUN while you get FIT!

      2x/week for 4 weeksSki and Snowboard Training
      Tuesdays & Thursdays
      6:30pm – 7:30pm
      November 22nd – December 15th

      Cost: $45 +tax  (Members)
      $65 for non-members
