You will be asked to:
- Examine your lifestyle habits and modify as needed to be successful with your weight loss and fitness goals
- Complete weekly reading and homework assignments
- Track your nutrition and activities and hand tracking sheets in to your trainer weekly
- Meet with your trainer and group once weekly
