Group Training at TWP is a happy medium between our Group Fitness Program and our Personal Training Services. With a maximum of 8 people per session, you will receive many of the benefits associated with Personal Training, at a fraction of the cost. Other reasons to try Group Training include:
- more individualized attention and accountability due to the small group size
- increased focus on education and proper form in order to maximize your workout
- greater opportunity for the trainer to tailor the workout to the people in the group and their specific goals
