Group Fitness Beginner Series

Are you new to Group Fitness?

The Beginner Series on Thursdays at 6:30PM will provide you with the basics of Sculpt, Bootcamp, Step, and Cycle.  This is for members who are new or interested in joining in on group fitness classes.  Each series will incorporate a talk and workout for 3 weeks per class type.   Weekly progressions will help give the confidence to join in on other group fitness classes in the future. Each series lasts 3 weeks and is $10 (plus HST) per section to register. 

Sculpt September 15, 22, 29 with Megan
Bootcamp       October 6, 13, 27 with Marie
Step November 3, 10, 17 with Emily
Cycle November 24, December 1, 8      with Lisa
