Outdoor Bootcamps - Start May 2012
Looking to take your exercise program outdoors? Try one of our outdoor boot camp options! Pick from either Regular or Elite and stay motivated and accountable during the spring and summer months. You will spend one intense hour doing cardio, strength and core exercises that are bound to challenge your heart rate and get your muscles pumping, all while you enjoy the sun and the great outdoors! Different weekly locations will leave you motivated and coming back for more!

Group Fitness Beginner Series
Are you new to Group Fitness?
The Beginner Series on Thursdays at 6:30PM will provide you with the basics of a variety of class types. This is for members who are new or interested in joining in on group fitness classes. Each series will incorporate a talk and workout for 3 weeks per class type. Weekly progressions will help give you the confidence to join in on other group fitness classes in the future. Each series lasts 3 weeks and is $10 (plus HST) per section to register.
Intro to TRX Small Group Training
Join one of our Personal Trainers in this 4-week small group program to learn the basics of using the TRX. Small class sizes (max. 4 participants) mean that you get individual attention from your trainer, while the group format encourages and motivates you. Groups meet twice weekly for 4 weeks.
Cost: Members - $79 (+tax) Non-members - $99 (+tax)
