Strength classes combine different types of movement incorporating free weights, resistance bands, stability balls and much more. Their benefits include built-in training effects, cross-training benefits, and motivation through variety and diversity.
Sculpt is muscular conditioning, no cardio. Flexible strength is the focus of this class utilizing the stability ball, tubing and hand weights. Gain an awareness of proper alignment and exercise technique while improving core strength, posture and balance.
Ab-Solution & Bottom Line is an invigorating workout with first half of class dedicated to abdominals, low back and core stabilizers. The second half focuses on toning exercises for gluts, inner thighs and outer hips.
