Total Body Conditioning (TBC)/ Bootcamp is a challenging muscular strength and endurance workout for the entire body using hand weights, tubes, and easy to follow cardio drills. A great combination of strength and cardio, and no tricky choreography to worry about!
Cardio Strength Blast is similar to TBC or Bootcamp but incorporating more challenging body weight and plyometric exercise.
20/20/20 is 20 minutes intense cardio followed by 20 minutes upper and lower body strength training finished with 20 minutes focused on core and stretching.
Super Circuit is an excellent way to develop both strength and cardiovascular endurance in the same workout. Easy to follow routines with stations alternating between weights and cardio, Circuit training caters to a wide variety of fitness levels, an effective, time-efficient way to develop all-round fitness.
Cardio Kickbox is an intense class combining Hi ans Lo impact with boxing combinations and core stability. Great for defining the upper and lower body. Adaptable for all fitness levels.
